Am Samstag (26.02.22) hatten unsere Leichtkontakt Landestrainer Jimmy Iwinski, Oliver Hahl und der Funktionstrainer Kick Light Dirk Dechant zum gemeinsamen Kadertraining geladen. Insgesamt waren 41 Sportler nach Darmstadt zu uns ins Hessische LC Leistungszentrum gekommen. Neben den etablierten K\u00e4mpferinnen und K\u00e4mpfern erfreulicherweise auch einige Nachwuchssportler. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr alle Teilnehmer war es ein weiterer Schritt in der konsequenten Vorbereitung auf die anstehenden Turniere des 1. Halbjahr 2022 (Hessenmeisterschaft, DM, German Open). <br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Die\nSchwerpunkte der Trainingsarbeit lagen im koordinativen Bereich, um die\nVielseitigkeit und den Bewegungsfluss zu verbessern und die individuelle\nKampfkonzeption. Im mentalen Bereich und der Vorbereitung auf den Wettkampf (der\nKopf entscheidet, Analyse des Gegners, konsequentes Verhalten) sowie der Trainingsintensit\u00e4t\nund Effektivit\u00e4t, Beinarbeit, Stabilit\u00e4t, Explosivkraft, Reaktion,\nSchnellkraft, Distanzgef\u00fchl, Reichweite, Ausdauer und Kampfkonzeption.
