Die Pr\u00fcfung wurde abgelegt f\u00fcr die G\u00fcrtel weis-gelb bis Gr\u00fcn.<\/p>\n<p>Das Niveau der gezeigten Leistungen war bei fast allen Teilnehmern gut bis sehr gut. Gepr\u00fcft wurde nach dem aktuellen Pr\u00fcfungsprogramm, verschiedene Faust- und Fu\u00dftechniken mit den dazugeh\u00f6rigen Abwehr- und Konterm\u00f6glichkeiten. Demonstriert wurden die Techniken mit und ohne Partner an der Pratze im Modellsparring und freien Sparring. Ebenfalls zum Pr\u00fcfungsprogramm geh\u00f6ren verschiedene \u00dcbungen aus der Fallschule und Selbstverteidigung. Abgestuft nach G\u00fcrtelgraden wurde auch das theoretische Wissen der Sportler \u00fcberpr\u00fcft.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Geleitet und durchgef\u00fchrt wurde die Pr\u00fcfung vom Landestrainer des BDT Jimmy Iwinski (4.Dan) unterst\u00fctzt von der Jugendtrainerin Viktoria Maul.<\/p>\n<p>Auch wenn es f\u00fcr die Teilnehmer anstrengend und schwei\u00dftreibend war, konnten alle am Ende der mehrst\u00fcndigen Pr\u00fcfungen gl\u00fccklich die Urkunden f\u00fcr ihren neuen G\u00fcrtel in Empfang nehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Fotos: Jimmy Iwinski<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
